Would be good internet if there werent constant outages, random spotty moments where things got slow or randomly disconnects, or the fact that suddenlink is a very greedy corporation that doesnt care about ths quality of the internet. Sometimes its the fastest internet ever, other times its slower than a three legged tortoise without lungs! Fix your outage issues!!!!!

Worst provider I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Service is down on a regular basis. The worst part for me is I enrolled in their auto pay program. I get regular text messages notifying me that there will be a payment withdrawal on a specific date. Yesterday I came home to find my service was disconnected for non payment. I logged in to make a manual payment and had service restored. Today I received a text message reminder that my auto payment was going to be deducted. I decided to call and find out what was going on. I was told that my auto payment was unable to process in April and that was why my account was delinquent. I asked why? I was told that when I enrolled in auto pay it takes 60 days to activate. So I asked why it was taking an auto payment in March but failed in April. No answer other than it failed. I then asked is it normal to not notify a customer of a failure in payment. I was told that is a normal business practice for Suddenlink. This company has no problem sending multiple marketing emails in an attempt to sell more products and services, however chooses not to notify a customer that the auto payment service has failed. On a side note my package that I started with included a $250 gift card after 3 months of on time payments. Convenient that the third month was when my payment failed. I hope another reliable and fast internet provider comes to Kingman soon. I would cancel my service as soon as another option was available.

Moved to Kingman Arizona and had one choice for TV service and internet. Since we signed up over a year ago they have been the worst company to deal with especially on the phone. Dropped the TV Service just today and using them only for Internet service. Waiting for TMobile to get here!

If there was ever a business that deserved negative stars, it would be this one. The 2 Suddenlink representatives that I dealt with at the store were great, but unfortunately it does not take away from the fact that Suddenlink is a horrible, horrible company. If you have to go with them, I highly recommend you do not do their automatic payments, it's not worth the five bucks that it saves you on your bill. In researching the issue that I'm having with them, I have found that there are countless people that have had more money taken out of their accounts than they should have and it takes weeks or months to get it back.
