I don't think they want you as a customer. You should feel lucky you have not had to endure the pain and suffering associated with being a Frontier customer.

I can connect to the internet on my PC, but, my tablets say there is not internet connection, which would probably mean the wifi isn't working. Any suggestion?

Get a different Service Provider. That should fix any and all problems that may arise.
