So the manager Mike refused to give me back my deposit. He said that I didn't give a thirty day notice before I moved out. My dad had died so I inherited his house and had to move in to get rid of free loaders. It did not state in the rental agreement for a trailer park to give a thirty day notice before moving out. They raised the rent 75 dollars and did no upgrades on the park. I do not recommend this place to anyone

Sadly this Place Reßembles A Grave Yard for Very Vary Old RV'S. Trash All around majority of the sites. The Sadist Of This is the elderly and Ppl on Very Fixed income's have There Dignity is Peral. Sad to see ppl reduced to having to live like this.

The Circle S campground is a great little place. There are not a lot of frills and it's not a big extravagant place, but it is always very well kept clean and nicely maintained. Most of the folks who stay there on more of a permanent basis, all seem to be a nice tight nit family. The staff / management are very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. So the park dose not have all the amenities of the bigger more well known park's, they also don't have the big park prices. I think it's a nice, cozy, comfortable place.

spaces are available. pricing is 375.25 per month with a deposit of 175.00 which is refundable with 30 day notice, all utilities included. there is an age limit on RVs 1997 and newer but still must pass inspection. all RVs need to be fully functional and currently licensed per law to enter campground.

why do you park in front of the building to check mail when there are parking spaces? see you would be better off moving if all you have is complaints like you have from day one. i put it of to a spurned woman who hates men. if you continue to post here you will find your self banned from posting. find some other men to put down.
The drugies have been kicked out,there is no where house,since I've been here there has been not thefts.The place is run by are tired cop.He runs background checks on all of histenants.He kicked out Twenty four bad eggs.Its anice place to be mow.
there is no monthly rent for tents, maximum stay for tent is 5 days
we do not have restrictions on types of dogs, per Kingman law all must be licensed and up to date on shots.maximum number of dogs is 2. Tethering of dogs outside is not allowed in the campground,
