This is at least the fourth time in two month's that they've messed up our orders at the pizza portal. I understand that lunch and dinner rushes can impede on service but there's a ticket to go off of.. its frustrating to have to come back to the store to get what I paid for.

Pre-ordered my pizza on-line for a later pick-up. I show us right at about the estimated time given, and nothing is ready. There was like one other person there. Then after a couple minutes, roughly 20 people have amassed in the lobby area. Nothing is going into the pizza portal (which is where my order should've been way before this point) and customers are just standing around. So, either the workers are that slow, or the on-line ordering system is a joke. Why would you allow that many orders to have essentially the same pick-up time? Or the other option is, they couldn't manage all the walk-in orders with the phone orders with the on-line orders. After nearly an HOUR of waiting past my designated pick-up time, I finally got my order... That I had to ask for! Not sure who is in charge at this place, but it's lacking leadership and needs to get its act together.

What happened to my pizza? Little Ceasars should not have sent this pizza out.
