I don't know how the cages themselves are, but I called ahead to ask if they allowed walk-ins and the dude said "sure". Sounded pretty nonchalant, so I figured it must be a chill place to bat. My friends and I got there and the same guy said we had to have a reservation. He totally ignored my buddy and walked off when we tried to explain the situation--that was today at around 4:30 PM. Frankly, I've rarely seen such poor customer service in my life. The old man working here ought to be canned.

This place is pretty neat as you can bat year round. There are 4 cages, so reserving does make it alot easier. The woman who helped us this am could have been a little nicer, and helpful, but everyone has their days. Did have fun it's all about the company right.

Not sure exactly but it seemed the same as other places. You need to call them as this is a question answer feature for customers. Usually the owner doesn't see these.
They have bats and helmets to use at no cost. They also have some very used batting gloves that are in the lost and found that you can borrow.
There are bats and helmets to use, but I'm not sure if they are considered "demos".
