I agree with others, do NOT be put off that the restaurant is connected to a hotel. The staff was extremely friendly & welcoming, you'll be seated immediately. The food was fantastic!!! See below photos to understand why my belly was excited for this meal. 😁 I will definitely be coming back. We were pleasantly surprised at how strong the house margarita special was(only drink one if you're driving, it sneaks up on you). Highly recommend!

We decided to eat at Panchito's Mexican Grill because we were hungry, and The Cracker Barrell had too long of a wait, and I'm glad we came here. Our Host and Server were on point with getting our party of 5 seated w/ Chips and Salsa to start. My food was good and fulfilling, and my adult drink hit the spot too. To say the least, I'd go again if I'm ever in Charlotte, NC near Carowinds.

This is very authentic Mexican food. The margaritas were delicious and the restaurant is very clean. Definitely stop here if you’re in the area.

No flavor on foood... They advertised fresh guacamole but wasn't fresh at all... They need to improve on food
