Went to Stateline to test drive a particular vehicle, and was greeted by Chad as I walked in. Told him which vehicle I was interested in, and he took the reins. Chad brought the vehicle around for the test drive, and we did a quick inspection. Took the test drive, and my wife and I decided we wanted it. Chad and Robert then negotiated a deal for us in the payment range we were looking for. Then we went to see Herbert to seal the deal. In about 2hrs after arrival, I was headed home in my new ride. Great job from the Stateline team, best experience I've had buying a vehicle at a dealership.

Horrible service! Dont go here! Brought my Wrangler here for a warranty engine replacement ($9,000) you would think they would atleast wash the car off after taking 2 months to put replace, filthy! Add injury to insult damaged the radiator (3in gash) overheated broke down 15 minutes down the road! Replaced the Radiator the next day i would have given them 1 star but they returned it again and didt wash it!

Excellent service Quick and efficient. First time in a Chrysler dealership where the employees that waited on me did not tell me the only thing that counted on a quality of service review is a 10 . My biggest gripe was the TV in the waiting area was loud and tuned to a biased news channel. The coffee however was great. Check out and payment was also quick and efficient. The price charged for oil change and tire rotation was fair and competitive. I will be back when I can sit outside and avoid your waiting area.

Had a great experience at Stateline. Chad “The Windows” was excellent to work with. He was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. We had previously worked with Darius and he is awesome as well!

Very good and so respectful to everyone
Yes
If you get there early in the morning it's easier to get worked in. I had to do that one morning.
I don't know but it's big. But it looks as big as Statesville's sounds... It's nice to see it when I'm northbound on I-77 out of Rock Hill.
It depends on the warranty company and the nature/Duration of Your repair
His Maps is great it is just like he says they're not hard to find
I would say yes. If it's a Wednesday, they tend to be less busy. If I were to try without an appointment, I would do it on a Wednesday morning. Either way I would recommend talking to Amanda in service.
8am to 5pm
Absolutely! We are equipped to repair almost all makes and models. Our trained body technicians have years of experience repairing various brands. We will reopen on Monday morning. You can see Erin or Richard, they will take care of everything for you.
Stateline tried to over charge my wife and I, I'll never do business with them again.
If you need a diagnostic it is 110 dollar diag charge then your advisor will provide you a quote on how much it will be to fix the vehicle after the diag is completed..
Try your gas cap first, then it might just be its time for one of your services like 50,000, 100,000 miles ck etc. It may go of off on it's own! But I know sometimes they have free ck engine at some of the dealers but it may cost a fee to have it checked ! Ck their site online
This is the kind of thing that belongs in a review, not in questions about the dealership or service department.
