Took us an hour just for us to end up walking out because the commercial on TV was wrong and we can't afford $55/line per month. $110 compared to what we are currently paying ($74 something) is absolutely ridiculous. Also, the lady kind of got snippy with us when we didn't want to hear her other options when we told her that we wanted to try the new $30/line per month and she said that it would basically be like prepaid with no benefits. I understand sometimes it's frustrating but at the same time you have got to understand.... Sometimes people can't afford a major jump like that and that's okay, everyone's finances are different.

Jon was a big help when it came to taking care of my protection plan and adding what I needed to my plan. He was very patient and took care of every aspect of every question and even took care of previous things dealing with customer service. I appreciate him. Also when my watch came in Joey took out the time to show me how get my watch going and ready since I had no clue. They were awesome.

Some phones, if bought from prepaid companies, will be lock on that carrier for certain time before the IMEI is released. Most of 4g phones can be used on multiple service providers as long as it is not on a no pay or lost report. Verizon does care if you bring a phone from who ever, so not sure what Willy talking bout and they do not have todo anything. Lol
Huh, no and yes. If your talking about internal memory then no. If your phone has expandable memory, like SD card slot then yes. Depends on phone, but now days their cloud and other devices to free up memory.
