This company works extra hard to stay in touch with customers and we know that is unusual. If Chris cant call he has support people that will make contact with you. The job I needed done had some special problems attached to it that unfortunately will prevent Chris from doing the work for me. But he tried to come up with solutions and alternatives for my circumstance. He will always be the first I will call whenever I have waterproofing or dewatering issues that need attention.
