Real nice little park to hang in and enjoy some time next to the water. Lucy fans will definitely want to stop here if they’re looking to do a full Lucy tour of the area. It’s got the statue(s)!

Older question, but I did want to answer that as of my visit in August 2021 there are pedestal-mounted park-style charcoal grills available near the picnic shelter.
The construction is not in the park. Its across the street in the old celeron amusement park. Hotel not done yet
