Older question, but I did want to answer that as of my visit in August 2021 there are pedestal-mounted park-style charcoal grills available near the picnic shelter.
Live Music is Posted and Picinic Pavilions and Grills!
It is in the middle of a town so there is no grills and there's music usually from noon
