I would highly recommend Aspen to anyone! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The lady who done my X-rays was very caring and patient. I have a lot of bone over growth and X-rays for me is usually a nightmare but she took the extra time to do it as painlessly as possible.

Everyone is very nice and considerate. They take extra steps in the process to ensure that I will be happy with my new dentures. They are very interested in what you want and how to accomplish it. Other dentists just made an impression and gave me teeth. Here I could choose how I want them to look. I am very excited for the final product!

All the staff here was great. Everyone was nice. And I really loved the dental hygienist she gave so many helpful tip about after care. Never made me feel bad about anything..

Wonderful experience! I haven’t been to the dentist in years, so I was very nervous. I couldn’t find any dentist locally for at least 1-2 months wait. I went to their website and made an appointment. Got follow up confirming the appointment soon after, and had my first visit today! They worked with my insurance issues, no copay for my first visit, and my entire experience with wait time and in between things was so much better than other offices I’ve been in! Exceptional staff service (looked mostly if not all female staff!! ❤️❤️) and building was super clean. It feels more intimate because it’s a smaller building and they utilize all the space they have. Looks to be a teaching office as well for college students which was no issue. They also had an amazing finance program! Also first visit was an exam with X-rays, consult, and a consult to help financially with your treatment plan. Can’t wait to have my smile looking its best!

I know, because they lie to get you in the office. Do you take this insurance? I believe that we have before the little girl said on the phone. Well if not do you take payments? Yes, we can set up payment arrangements with you. Okay, man that’s just great for someone in extreme pain and here is the best lie of all, I stated not once but twice that I had a fear of dentist on the phone and the little girl goes we have a specialized TEAM of counselors on hand just for this, I’m thinking wow this is gonna be great! I was so wrong.. I left having an anxiety attack and I will never be back, of course their specialist that they had that apparently has every day off you know helped me so well, an I of course had an insurance that they don’t take an could go through a 3rd party to get credit for my work. The dentist wanted me to sit while he poked at each and every one of my teeth not telling me what he was going to do , just doing it, fear of dentists remember. Should have read all the reviews

Unfortunately it's more complicated answer than that. I did ask for you. They accept insurances if that insurance is within your network + if it's on the third Tuesday of every full moon, and so on. Insurance companies have made it almost impossible to answer unless you call them and they can strategically decide whether or not you are a financial asset to them. That's the honest truth. And that's coming from somebody who spent over 15 years trying to make insurance companies pay for things that they should pay for. They have actually even gotten their fingers into determining the diagnosis of a patient. The way that they do that is they determine what tests they're willing to pay for. And by determining what information the physician or dentist or health care professional has they determine the route and needed care and finally the outcome. It goes past what was consider the problem and becomes by the end of it what is considered the patient.
