I was a little skeptical at first about out staying at super 8, but overall it was a good experience. I can tell that the hotel was recently renovated and the staff was very helpful with helping me out with connecting to the Wi-Fi. The hallways did seem a little stuffy and stale smelling so that's the only reason I would give it a 4 star. Outside of that, the hotel is near many shopping areas and places to eat. There's not a lot in Franklin to begin with so this location of this hotel was ideal. I would visit this hotel again if ever in Franklin

Great service but the rooms surfaces weren't very clean. Bedding seemed clean, bathroom was ok.

Positive: The bed was relatively comfortable. Negative: There was a bit of an odor around the hotel, but luckily not in my room. The hotel is a little older and rundown, but it wasn't too bad overall.

Positive: I made reservations on line and on line it stated it was pet friendly but when i arrived tocheck in I was told they do not except pets... I was distraught cause i had my jack russell dog Baxter with us. The lady at the front desk understood my concern and Negative: she called across the street and confirmed they had a room for us. I thought that was amazing although they were unable to meet our reservation she helped find us a room for the night.
