Acceptable, but not great. The room had a very strong smell of smoke and there were several cigarette burns in the blankets. It seems the entire room could use updating and a really deep clean. It looks as though they only superficially clean between guests- there’s buildup and staining in the shower, marks on the walls, etc. For what I paid I didn’t expect luxury but this feels a little seedy.

You get what you pay for. Sad to say this was the crème de la crème in that area. The furniture was old and to be honest I was scared to sit down in the chairs. The fridge wasn’t clean. There were towels inside of the fridge. Our food was damaged because the fridge sweats fabuloso. The bed actually moves and slides. Quality Inn needs to invest more money in updating the furnishings throughout the entire hotel. And get rid of the dollar tree wash clothes, rough and hard.

This hotel is been recently renovated and is has exceptionally nice rooms to stay in. I would definitely revisit, and I want to make a shout out to the night manager MRS. POPE!!! Along with providing exceptional customer service she is compassionate and was very accommodating. When any situations arise this woman is very well equipped to handle it. If you ask me she deserves a raise! Customer service like this is hard to come by these days. Quality Inn and Suites in Franklin has won the jackpot with her!!!

If I were able to leave this hotel a 1-star review- I would. We are currently staying at this hotel for a dog show weekend, upon returning from our day of showing (Friday may 6th,2022) we were met with a pet fee ( stated at desk as $20 per night per dog, stated on website as $20 per dog per week, legally- not allowed to charge due to the animals in question being task trained assistance animals). My friend has paid the pet fee as she was unaware it is against federal law to charge for service animals- since they are medical equipment I went down to the lobby to clear things up and discuss this matter, I was told that because my service animals didn't accompany me into the lobby when I came to check in (roughly 2 minutes after a long drive Friday evening) that my animals were therefore not valid service animals. The man at the desk proceeded to say that "service animals accompany their handlers 24/7 otherwise they are not legitimate" which is incredibly untrue. My first service dog was assigned to me when I was 16, I'm a Neurodivergent individual with disorders that can cause me to become easily overstimulated, disoriented, and panicked- my service animals are task trained in pressure response (DPT), crowd navigation, exit location, compulsion interruption, and behavioral alert and response. I travel with my older service dog (the one I've had since I was 16) as well as my service dog who is currently working taking the place of my older boy- both are protected under federal law. The pet fee isn't what bugged me as much as having the man at the front desk blatantly imply that I was lying about not only my need for a service animal- but the fact that my dogs are service animals, claiming they aren't simply because I didn't have them for 2 minutes when I was checking in- a task which I'm able to do unassisted by my service animals. The police were called but unfortunately did not show, we will be calling again tomorrow (Saturday may 7th, 2022) as well as writing to corporate and filling a complaint through the ADA help department. To be a young disabled individual and be accused of lying about not only my disabilities but the legitimacy of my medical equipment is absolutely disgusting and something I will never get used to- nor should I or anyone else have to. My older service dog was trained through greyt hearts service dogs, my younger one has gone through owner training and advanced obedience training with task work If you plan to stay here and utilize an assistance animal- do not be afraid to stand up for yourself. You deserve to be treated fairly. To add to this regarding the room itself: the shower matt appears to have black mold on the underside, bath tub does not plug properly and drains as it fills, TV turns off when you try to control the volume, sheets had noticeable stains on them and floor also had noticeable blotching, hole in bathroom wall- definitely not living up to the "quality" in quality inn. Wouldve been much happier at a red roof.
