The three stars is for portion size. Yet again another fine chicken restaurant has down sized the tenders. Now more like chicken frys. Now, the people working there are fast and efficient! All were very friendly.

My Cajun chicken was not cooked properly. After first bite, I noticed the chicken was pink. I brought it to the pickup counter and showed them the raw chicken. They immediately offered a replacement but I declined and accepted a refund. If you buy a chicken sandwich for your kids who wouldn’t know the difference, I suggest you check the sandwich first.

The customer service at this place is ALWAYS horrible so I'm honestly not sure why today surprised me. Stopped in today and ordered food through the drive thru. I ordered my first meal and before I could complete my order the lady was giving me a total. I said ma'am I've not completed my order, she snaps back with you don't have to be smart. At this point didn't even want to complete my order for fear they would spit in my food - however I did pull directly to the window and ask for the manager. Well guess who - the same woman that told me I didn't need to be smart. I'm pretty sure saying ma'am I'm not done ordering is not "smart". I mean I do not know any other way to say it and if I wasn't being rushed to order I could've completed and all this could've been avoided. Her first mistake was simply telling me through the intercom I don't have to be smart. As a manager you should not speak to someone like that . If she thought that was being "smart" she clearly has no business working at a fast food place. Furthermore everytime I stop there, there is about 8 employees just standing around playing, I've heard them cussing through the window before, just very unprofessional. I hope the lady I encountered today is prepared to find a new job after I call corporate on her Monday morning! She clearly is not manager material. Franklin has got to do better. Hire people that want to work and not speak to others so rudely.

I'm giving 3 stars bc the staff is awesome. Very friendly!! However, I'm including the pic to show how I have been ripped off twice now ordering the same meal. I ordered the #9 Chicken Supreme spicy which comes with 4 tenders and then I pay for 2 extra. This is what I got....This in not acceptable. I included the biscuit to show just how small the extras are. Ya'll should be ashamed!!

The Sunoco across the street from Paul D camp community College fries up better fresh chicken. Just saying...
