Edit 8-2-2022 They put a notice on my door the other day and said I had till the 2nd to mow my lawn. Till the end of the day. They came early and forced cut me so they could charged me additional fees. Cause the office has nothing better to do than bother me. And the office lady that I called today was extremely rude. And of course I call the corporate office and not a person is available to talk to. It’s unfortunate I live here. In the beginning was fine. But the management here is the worst I have ever seen. They basically drive around on their golf cart looking for reasons to either fine you or send you violation letters. I had a letter sent to me because weeds in the flower bed. But if you look around here lots of people have weeds everywhere. I believe they pick and choose who to send letters to.No one obeys the speed limit. If you ever have a problem or wanted a solution don’t depend on corporate to ever return your calls. Still waiting for corporate to get a hold of me.

I own my home. Lot rent is about 500. And the amount of rent you pay depends on the home you rent.
They "supposedly" do not. However, if you put the application in someone else's name, meaning you're not the " renter" you won't have any problems.

Yes, dogs are allowed. I believe you have to get the breed approved by the park. The cost is $25/month for you to own a dog in the community.
