We lived in Oak Haven for 6 years. Never saw discrimination of any kind. Black, white, gay, straight, handicapped old, young, low income....... All treated the same, in my experience.

Hi, I live next door in Plymouth Hills Mobile Community. I would think they lease homes. This means you would lease the home for a set period and pay lot rent as well. In Plymouth Hills it costs approximately $ 1000 a month to lease a mobile home. Theses are generally new homes which are very nice. The lot payment (470) combined with the lease payment totals about $ 1000 a month.

I like it here. Safe area, they do background checks. People will report suspicious activity and owner and manager make sure people don't break rules or leave a mess, which is good. No sidewalks or park, though there are nearby places to go if you have kids.

We have mail boxes. They are all in one location and not attached to the homes.

They have posted rentals and sale homes now, though most units are taken! Mostly ypunger people and families coming in, looks like.
