The Meeting Place Grand Ballroom was the perfect place to have my daughters wedding and reception. The hall is beautiful with style and class. And Todd and Tracy the owners have been in this business for many years and it shows. They know what their doing and run things smoothly. But what I liked most, is that they provide most everything! The food, which was exceptional!! And it was truly exceptional, I had so many compliments on the food! One of my guest, even located the chef to find out how his meal was prepared. Also, the liquor was all included in the package, so you don't have to bring your own liquor. They provided outstanding bartenders too. Oh and they provide incredible orderves. You can chose 3 different orderves to serve while your guests are at the bar. And having the wedding and reception at the same place was so nice. This way people don't have to drive anywhere. There is a nice little patio next to the bar, so people can mingle there while the tables are being set up. Really they provide everything you need. I was beyond pleased with the Meeting Place Grand Ballroom! Truly, it's an incredible venue for a wedding and reception!! You will be pleased with what they offer you!!!

The Meeting House Grand Ballroom staff was exceptional!!! The food was so delicious!! Fantastic service on the night of the wedding! They made us all feel special and made sure everything was just perfect for our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding. I would highly recommend this venue.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at the Meeting House Grand Ballroom. Our daughter's wedding ceremony and reception was held there and from the moment of booking until the moment we walked out the door at the end of the evening, Tracy and Todd made the day an event to remember. The venue itself is beautiful and clean. It was magical, how it sparkled and felt intimate but yet offered a lot of space for mingling, dancing, and small conversation groups. The food was so delicious - the appetizers were plentiful and divine and dinner was out of this world. The staff has family style down-pat, with everyone receiving their food at the same time. The servers were patient and kind, ultra- friendly, and very professional. They were elegantly dressed and were very attentive to the needs of our guests. Tracy and Todd made everything easy - from choosing the menu, the payment schedule, pre-wedding decorating, etc to the rehearsal - everything was organized and flawless. You can tell that they have years of experience - there was never a question or concern that wasn't answered quickly. Communication was awesome, which is a huge deal for me. I highly recommend the Meeting House Grand Ballroom and heap high praise on Tracy and Todd Osann and their marvelous staff!

We are allowed to do indoor events at 25 people. Everyone is in masks and our staff is in gloves. Our employees are given a pre screening upon entry of their shift per MIOSHA.
