I have call several times in the last week during business hours, no one answered. I have left a voice mail and tried emailing them. The email on the website doesn’t work, so I had to use the message feature on the website. I don’t know what else I am supposed to do to contact someone here.

Can't say enough about Susan, she runs the office and is very knowledgeable about everything with the complex. Apartments are kept very clean and basement too. Walking distance to Hines Park and downtown Plymouth.

Never had any issues with the apartment / the apartment complex. Susan in the front office was/is amazing - kind and always helpful! Maintenance was very quick to fix issues if they arose. Rent was good for the size / quality of the apartment. A/C didn’t reach the bedroom which was inconvenient. Had lockable storage in the basement which was nice. Neighbors were not the best people but that’s the luck of the draw, I guess.

Lived here 2014-2015, ~14 months. Low cost, right next to old village, lockable storage in the basement (provide your own lock), utilities included, dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit! Amazing value. Cleanliness: 10/10. They schedule routine cleaning of the main hallway, at least for the apartment building I was in. Grounds Maintenance 10/10. Walkways, parkinglot, apartment all kept in good shape, clean, and free of snow/debris. Grounds Maintenance 10/10. As I was in a new building, there was no maintenance requests needed. They came in ~3 times IIRC, once to change the batteries on the smoke detector, once to check the breakers after power outage, and once to change the air filter. Property Manager: 10/10. Great to work with, easy, no hidden fees, always responded on time and with care. She was in the office when she was supposed to be, and never "dodged" us. Susan is great! Apartment Layout: 6/10. Honestly this is probably my only complaint about the apartment. The livingroom has two available walls for you to place your sofa/couch and tv, assuming that's your plan. However, one of them has the cable outlet, and directly across from that is a closet. So you're all but forced to cover the closet with your sofa, and so it's all but useless except for secondary storage. The kitchen layout is okay, however I would rather have had a galley kitchen without the peninsula/breakfast bar, and more than one tiny drawer in the corner, which was too small to fit any flatware organizer I could find. The cabinet quality is good, the appliances were good, microwave, dishwasher, range/stove, and fridge. No issues with any of them, and like the building they were new, and clean. Parking: 8/10. You have 1 assigned parking place which is on the building you live in, and as close to your side of the building as they can manage. There is also "free for all" parking lots for the majority of the buildings, but not all. When I was living there, there was always available space except for when they repaved the lots. That kinda sucked. Safety: 10/10. You're in plymouth.
