I have absolutely ONLY positive things to say about St. John’s. I honestly could not even TRY to say something negative. We postponed 3 times over the course of 2 years to keep our wedding dreams the same because we knew the level of service to expect with St. John’s. With as difficult as wedding planning can be St. John’s is a one stop shop for most things reception related. It took a lot of the guess work out of that part of the planning process. Christine was our coordinator that stuck with us through the years and we couldn’t be happier. They are incredibly organized and ahead of schedule planning everything out, as someone that has trouble letting go of that control they made it so easy to navigate and truly cared. We had booked our rehearsal, reception and brunch with St. John’s and it made it so incredibly easy for out of town guests to park their car and not have to leave/navigate the area for the entire weekend. Every guest had nothing but positive things to say about being taken care of in every aspect of our entire event weekend. We also felt extremely taken care of as the bride/groom in ways we had not even thought of. I truly and honestly cannot say enough good things about this venue and their coordination. It made the entire process much easier than I have heard from many other brides. Not to mention, everything is meticulously maintained and has such gorgeous appeal. There is a vibe of elegance and class everywhere. Absolutely everything was on point from our guests arrival to departure. Thank you Christine and St. John’s staff for everything!

Got in for a work convention - which ended on Yom Kippur eve - the most holy day in the Jewish calendar. Explained that I would not be able to check out before 6PM as I would be fasting and that I would be happy to pay for the extra time. After much consulting in the back room, they came back to tell me that not only would I need to pay for an entire additional night, but they would also charge full price and not the conference rate we had for the other nights. Would have expected a bit more consideration and tolerance from a place that boasts "peace on earth" as part of it's goals... Also - no water pressure in the shower and the thermostats just have a mind of their own.

Absolutely. I attended a wedding reception there a few months ago and it was beautiful.
Ramps and elevators throughout. Very accommodating. Bathrooms are also extremely easy to access for handicapped needs.

We have one and yes, it is open. However, the jacuzzi is not due to Health Department orders. Please remember that there are occupancy restrictions but it is open.
For the time being, no there isn't. However, according to their assistant managing director Jim Fowler, you have an all accommodating staff to meet your needs. Contact the staff ahead of time to make the arrangements that you require.
