**Addendum to my review. Since my original review the staff has been much better. The management also been very responsive and VERY nice. Having your mother admitted to rehab is very stressful under the best of conditions. I was just on a call with the director of rehab and she was excellent. The CEO of the company personally intervened for us which is unheard of. Changing my rating. In spite of the CMS rating, this place is terribly mismanaged. My 90 year old mother is there for rehab and she is ignored constantly. I have complained to the owner to no avail. There is no real management onsite. The employees are nice but unsupervised. My mother routinely hits her call button to go to the restroom and is ignored for 30-45 minutes and she soils herself and sits in it. We have been asking for s shower for 5 days and everyone points the finger at someone else. It is very chaotic and clearly has poor leadership. We are there every day and I shudder to think about those poor souls who are being neglected because the have no family to advocate for them. WE have been trying to find a place to move her and as soon as we can we will.

I would like to thank the nursing and assistant staff for being professional, polite, friendly and caring in spite of being short handed at times. The PT/OT sent me home with the skills I needed. The food was way above what I expected.

A close relative was admitted 8 hours ago. Only person who would talk to us today was his immediate nurse. All management unavailable and then went home for the weekend. ZERO medications he had at the hospital were available to him. Does not matter that they are life-dependent, they only offered Tylenol. Apparently it is okay for him to wait the entire weekend. No doubt they got all of their payment taken care of. Would give zero stars.

My mom has been at the facility since February and she LOVES it there!! It is her new home! The facility is clean and very well maintained. Staff people are kind and attentive. Thanks to the professional and caring PT team, my mom recovered fast from NPH. Her process of recovery naturally has ups and downs and the center actively works with us to accommodate and support. Mom does not speak English, but everyone has been patient and makes the extra effort communicating to her via different means. Nurses make sure she follows instructions of taking her med. Her room is maintained clean and she is regularly bathed. Food is delicious and freshly made...Weekly activities are well planned (upper body fitness, craft making, playing cards, music events, etc.). It has been such a relief knowing my mom has been very well taken care of. Everyone there deserves an applause, Lisa, Anne, Monica, Hanna, Faith, Danielle, Tom, on and on... can not say enough good things about the center. I highly recommend this place!
