I really like living in Lakeland Place. I have met a lot of very nice people. Management is always willing to help when they can.

Best Senior Residents ever. Everything you need is here. Basically total independent living. I m a new tenant with my own apt. It's Great. Our office staff, maintenance crew and fellow residents are the best.

Update I’ve been here now for 7 months and I locked myself out lol within 5 minutes they were here to unlock my door 😊 I love this place Twice now I’ve put different work orders in and twice they were here the next day and fixed the issues. I want to add to this review ok I have lived here now for three months I still love this place very clean people in the office are great, maintenance excellent I have nothing bad to say about Lakeland Place ❤️ it’s a Great Place to live. Update been here for about 6 months now and still love this place they are doing a lot of upgrades loving this place. “9 month update” I have to say and I know I’ve said it every time lol I love this place it is clean the office people are sweet shout out to Ericka 😊 great have a problem they take care of it ASAP maintenance same thing problem they take care of it immediately. There’s nothing bad I can say about this place the lights in the parking lot light up the parking lot I’ve never had an problem. If your looking for a nice clean Convenient place to live this is definitely a place you should apply for. It took me about six weeks from start to finish before I moved in which I thought was a short amount of time. Just make sure paper work is in order so there’s no holdups I wasn’t sure at the beginning if I could deal with your neighbors being across the hall but it doesn’t phase me. They have rules live by them and you have no problems. Great place 😊 I love this place.

They base it on your income. It is a Federal run apt center. Most people are seniors that live there. It is a decent place to live.
They are definitely not racist! We have all races and ethnic groups living here. There is always a waiting list because you don't see a lot of residents vacating apartments which I take to mean they must be satisfied here.
I would not drink water from any public residential or any fountain anywhere. Not these days. Maybe years and years ago but not anymore. I always buy bottled water. Of course that's just my opinion. The water here at Lakeland place is probably just fine.
It's based on your income and YES it is a senior/disabled place. You have to be atleast 62 or have a doctor's note about your conditions and proof of disability/SSI income.

I wish I had your problems. I can't use my apartment. And it's the 12th.
It's HUD housing and you have to qualify and there's a long waiting list. I waited over 3 years. It's based on your income so the rent is different for everyone.

The age is 62 or disabled. Yes there is a wait list 1-2 years
Yes there is a short waiting list, but the best thing to do is call and speak with the office manager. They will have more information.
