Prior to going to Naturally Yours, my fiancé Leila and I went to a similar establishment in Elmhurst to try and get her some hair and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. Without going into too much detail, when we left this first place Leila was in tears with a freshly shaved head and no hair to put on it. Needless to say it was devastating for both of us. The next morning I called Naturally Yours. They were able to get her in quickly, and the experience we had there with our Hair Replacement Specialist, Jane, was so much the antithesis of what we'd experienced just a few days prior that it's hard for me to fathom that both places actually provide the same service. I'm not sure what, if any, industry standards are required of establishments who offer hair replacement for cancer patients but, if it were up to me, the way they operate at Naturally Yours would be THE STANDARD to which all other companies should strive. Jane made us feel completely informed and at ease and actually addressed all of our questions and concerns before we had a chance to ask. Her approach was based entirely on helping Leila find exactly what she wanted, and even when we told her the price we were looking to pay she made it a point to provide us with multiple options beginning well below that price point as opposed to just trying to make the biggest sale possible. We couldn't be happier with the professionalism and dignity with which we were treated at Naturally Yours and would STRONGLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone in a similar situation to ours. 6 stars. Everyone at Naturally Yours was very good at their job. I signed in and was fitted with a bra and was gone in 30 minutes. I highly re-commend them.
