My family stayed here for the 4th July holiday. Check-in was a hot mess - the line was as if you were at the amusement park! My unit was a block away from the pool so that was convenient. The unit was very spacious with 2 bedroom and 2 full baths. A fully equipped kitchen. Overall, we were happy with our stay. We would definitely return. Thank you

Very clean, super comfortable, we were able to enjoy a relax vacation at a beautiful town. If you want to get away from the crowd this is an amazing place. People were very nice, and eager to help. Lots to do around the resort. A lot history to learn and enjoy with your family.

We stayed here for four days and we're blown away. Our living space was steps above any hotel we have stayed at and everyone had plenty of space to sleep and relax. We had a minor issue with our fridge, however we called the front desk and someone came to fix it pretty quickly. We are definitely planning on staying here again on our next visit!

I really wanted to like this place, it was highly recommended and the location is great. But, when we arrived, the room they gave us at check in had not been cleaned. It was dirty and there were towels thrown around. Then, in the new room, I asked the front desk to please send someone to turn the gas off of the fireplace since it posed a danger to my toddler as the pilot light would not turn off and there was no way to lock or block the fireplace entirely. Nobody ever came. When I called back an hour after the request was put in, I was told maintenance had left for the night and there was nothing they could do. Staff before maintenance left was very rude. Not helpful. The staff after maintenance left were more polite, but still not helpful. To their credit, maintenance did come first thing in the morning, were friendly, and were able to address the issue quickly. All in all, the price is fantastic, the location is great, the room is spacious. If it weren’t for the rude customer service we received, I would definitely stay again.
