Our family of 6 had the best time at this resort! It was rainy, so we enjoyed a lot of time in the indoor pool/hot tub. We also snuck in a round of mini golf. The icing on the cake was the activities director, who was so good with our kids, and went along with their crazy craft ideas. Highly recommend!

Great deal for a 1 night stay. We were so happy we stayed here! Staff was friendly It shows age but everything is well kept except the dirty carpet. It's quite dirty all the way around the walls. The room we stayed at could use a deep cleaning.

I do liquidation for my career and I am doing the install of all the new furniture and appliances after the renovation is done with the company I work for for the greensprings vacation resort. This is pretty nice place I've been in a lot of resorts over the last year and this is up there within the top five of places I visited for family vacations. Seems like everybody I've run into was having a super super good time either playing golf or swimming or tennis walking the trails or believe it or not working I have to resort. It's pretty clean it's very nice to live in. I'm sure we will be coming back in the future but the last two weeks of being here I've been a blast . I'm super lucky to be working for southern hospitality liquidation and being able to travel to all these beautiful beautiful resorts and like I said this is within my top five of nicest places to go to so far.

Great overall experience on the property. The pool and fitness facilities are nice. Lots of outdoor activities for the kids. Just say "No" to the timeshare presentation that they will try to sign you up for after checking in. Even as an owner, I have to warn you to beware.

Check with Virginia Tourism...they know and have brochures at certain locations.
Been going to Green Springs and Powhattan Plantation and love them both with nearly 35 years at Powhattan Plantation.
There is an indoor pool and jacuzzi as well as an outdoor pool Also a workout room.
The suite is larger with 2 baths .1 bath has the hot tub and washer and dryer. The living room and dining area are spacious. Master bedroom and 1 smaller bedroom.
Yes, the charcoal kind you would see at a park.
I've only seen 1 and it's more of storm water run off than anything. There is a fountain in the middle
No, they do not serve breakfast. There is no restaurant at Greensprings. However, each room has a full kitchen. These units are set up more towards being a condo then a hotel room. There is a breakfast place right around the corner from Greensprings and a ☕ coffee and 🍩 donut shop.
My unit was okay. It wasn't cleaned. The oven was filthy, the curtains were dirty, a picture was broken in the dining room, and the smoke detector in the bedroom was missing. We cleaned it thoroughly and it was still enjoyable. It's a huge resort. I'm not sure how they could keep up with the cleaning. During a pandemic, there has to be more effort made.
No, there are no smoking 🚬 🚭 rooms. I believe all the rooms have a balcony though.
