It was kinda sad to be honest. My wife and I came to this restaurant three years ago on our wedding anniversary, and had the best meal we ever had. The service, the food, and drinks all the top notch. we told anyone who would listen back in Detroit that if you ever came to Chicago you had to go to this restaurant. Unfortunately, that was not the case the last time we went this past Friday. The drinks were still good, but the service was lacking and the food just tasted like nobody care, everything was missing flavor, and most of the food was under cooked, except for one dish they sent out that wasn't cooked at all just lightly warmed under the heating lamp. Maybe it was a bad night, maybe they have a new cooking staff however it's going to be a long time before we think about giving this place another chance. And that's what's really sad.

The gaucho steak was savory and perfectly cooked. Good size and presentation. I was there on a Tuesday so service was great.

The menú is very varied, we tried the Ropa vieja appetizer was really good 👍🏽, and the ceviche was the best of the night after the hosting girls, she was very fun and polite. So ... the bad part is I sow a Argentina Parrillada in the menú and I was so excited to try it, I'm a beef fan!! And I ask for medium well grill, the plate was for 2 people and 70% was fry plantain and potatoes, the best of the plate was the chimichurri, the beef was so over cook and hard to eat , the ribs was so small and thin and two chicken wing size pieces all this for 100$ , I don't care to much the price but I was expecting a better quality food . The morcilla was good but the sauce was hard to bite too.

Depends on the age of the children. It is, but there are scantily dressed people (workers) during evening dinners.
The food is great always hot and fresh priced well for location
A group of 15 of us were accommodated very nicely and we had a set menu which makes it easier on the waiters. No need for us to rent space for dinner. Food & service were outstanding. We made reservations. Call the restaurant for details to see if they can meet your needs.
Before covid no problem but know you need to call them for Valentine's day I got 7 on one table but they got privet room of all sizes
There is street parking...also valet...call restaurant to find out how much valet parking costs.
I don't know but they do have excellent Latin background music.
We went as 2 families with 5 kids, they were welcoming and it was something different but they do not have a kids menu, or many options for little ones to eat.
They have DELICIOUS mini tacos as an appetizer!!!
I make reservations most times in Chicago. Some of the more popular restaurants are booked days /weeks in advance.
Yes they will honor change in menu request based on dietary conditions
There's valet parking, though I didn't think it was free.
No. They have valet but you have to pay. There is street parking but it's also pay to park. You might be able to find some free parking down the street but would have to walk a bit
Music is always lively, some Thursdays have live music, others a dj. Call
It's kids friendly. They actually have a kids menu
Sorry, I did not drive. There is street parking.

I didnt notice an elevator either but I could be wrong
I would rate the menu in between likes a middle-of-the-road not too high and not too cheap but the food is well worth the price
I'm sure they do, but I'm not sure if it's public for the guests.
If you walk in you may have to wait. It'd be best to call ahead
We had eight people, they don't like to do so many but they did for us. I guess it just depends on your wait staff.
Call the restaurant
Yes
Mostly they will be. Being a big busy friday shopping day.
Yes and it's amazing! Just had ours there this summer. Ask for Tiffany!
Yes, lunch til 2:30, then dinner 5 to 10pm. Bar is open til 11pm.
My last visit was for brunch. Figure in the neighborhood of $50-60 for lunch or dinner.
Yes
They do. I personally find it to be overpriced for what they serve.
Yes, let them know you have tickets. They are very accommodating.
No, they offer valet and they park the cars in a paid lot down the block.
Not a budget place in my opinion :(. Most of the starters and Salads range from $12-15, but the Entries start at $21 and have several options in the $21-$30s, Sides are $8 and Desserts $9-10 each...
it's always a good idea to call ahead;some times booked for party's
Not sure what packages they offer. We planned on $40/person, not including drinks, for dinner and that ended up about right.
weekend this place very busy
