For adults. My opinion
I agree with the rest of the people. It is adult but if your child sits well and isn't a picky eater it might be ok. Check the menu out online first.
Not at night
It can be, depending on the child.
The food is decidedly more mature. The crowd is also more upscale and adult. If you have a mature, well mannered child who is open to trying things then it should be ok
For adults
Eh, its festive and colorful, but strongly focused on Adult Fun. I think a kid here would really need to be managed.
