Doug and the team were absolutely phenomenal. Rightfully, my ticket was dismissed and I could not be happier. However their communication was fantastic. They were really on top of everything and made me feel as if I was the only case that they were fighting, which obviously isn't true. But that was the feeling because they were always available for any questions and even sent me the report of the result from the case. I HIGHLY recommend Leifert & Leifert.

Excellent service Basically after the initial fee I didn't do anything and several weeks later I got a notiver to tell me the ticket was dismissed , no points and no traffic school snf no record of it having taken place on my record.

A Bench warrant is one that is used by the Court after some failure to comply with a Court Order, such as to appear on a certain date and time. These warrants can only be revised or recalled by the Judge that issues it as opposed to a regular arrest warrant issued for probable cause based on evidence supplied by law enforcement.
Any criminal allegation or charge comes with the possibility of incarceration – by definition, this is what a criminal charge is. Jail sentences are usually reserved for more serious cases or individuals with significant criminal records. Other potential resolutions may result in diversion-type programs (resulting in dismissal), monetary fines, counseling, and probation. Hiring an experienced criminal defense attorney will increase the chances of avoiding a jail sentence along with increasing the possibilities of dismissal, reduction of charges or resolutions without a formal conviction being placed on one’s record.
