Experience was terrible. Inhuman and uncomfortable. Mike and the Manager both disregarded my appointment and lied to me on my face. In hindsight I should have been more confrontational because they did not service my car even though I had an appointment. Worst experience that left me stranded in the parking lot for over 6 hours. I was getting help to fix my car right outside the store and they didn't care less. What an irony.
