I can't stop smiling!! Dr. Ressler and the team are fantastic! I recently had crowns and cosmetic work done on my front teeth. They matched the color and corrected the issues perfectly. Dr. Ressler has an amazing bedside manor and treats you very respectfully. Doesn't recommend treatments aren't necessary. Hygienist Brooke is also very caring and gentle in her cleaning approach. Great personality and makes you feel at ease instantly.

This office's clerk/receptionist is so rude and obnoxious!. She would not listen to my complaint over the phone and would talk over to my speaking. Ultimately she hung up on me when I requested to speak to the doctor. The issue started when I went for a consultation for implants. I was told it would cost me $129, as advertised in the media, for x-rays and free consult. On the way out of the office I paid the fee by charging it to my credit card. I said I would think it over and call back with my decision. I also told her not to submit a claim to my insurance since I was willing to pay the fee as out of pocket cost to me. Days later I called the office to request copy of x-rays to be sent to me and notified her I did not wish to pursue further work with this dentist. Days later I received an Explanation of Benefits from my insurance stating they had paid dentist $105.50. Immediately I called the office for an explanation and finally she agreed to reimburse that amount. Today, weeks later, I called back and she tells me that she is entitled to keep the payment from insurance despite the fact i told her not to put a claim through. Two things are at stake: (1) she originally said she would reimburse me. (2) She did not leave up to her commitment. This office is not run with professionalism!
