Never coming again in my life, last night I went in with a friend and this girl started laughing in the intercom while we were ordering so we told her to hold a min and then we heard tapping on a table on the intercom then when we ordered we felt she was being very giggly and this nasty attitude towards us on the intercom when we went to pay she started saying she told us that they’re not receiving cash, cards only and that she mentioned it in the intercom and we never heard it so we just left we don’t want spit on our food ty very much and this girl had curly hair and was wearing glasses please can you let her know that this is not the way to treat or talk to customers. What is her problem? Next time I see her I will def let her know also.

Today me and my boyfriend placed 2 separate mobile orders and never received them. We never have eaten at this place before and we got there and were informed they were closing but we told them we had a mobile order so they let us in, didn’t ask our names or anything and since this was our first time here it’s not like I knew to automatically give them my name, they should ask me that. Well we wait about 20 minutes; my boyfriends order says it’s ready for pickup, we get a little more ancy and I go up and ask, the host who let us in and said it was fine because we ordered ahead went ahead and let us know that we would get our orders they’re working on it, I wait there ANOTHER 10 minutes and everyone’s just sitting ducks, cleaning up for closing and my food said it would be done at 5:33 pm, it was then 6:05 pm, I waited, I asked, just to finally get told that my food wasn’t coming out and I can take up my refund(s) with the mobile app? This was the worst experience i’ve ever had at a food place and I will never reccomend people here.. do better lol

I Agree & Disagree, the food is always hot n good no complaints there at all ... But on the other hand when u see a manager working as hard as their employers that's a bad thing, that means they dont have enough waitress... it's a good thing that the manager is working bc there are some that will just walk around or sit in back office until they are needed, so the fact that the manager tries to sit u, order your food, make sure your okay and order drinks is a plus.... so I mean they try, they can be slow at times as far as waiting on your food but if you go in to eat laugh and talk with whoever u came with to pass time, if you want quicker service there is always drive thru 😁 but things will get better I actually see them trying each time I go in there ... Oooh and about waitress having attitudes, remember you never know what's going on in someone's life say something positive to them I promise you will see their whole attitude change.. Yes. Very good. But overall they are sneaky and expensive. And very slow.
