We went there today for the first time. By the time we got home we had a terrible stomach ache. All we had was the shooter trio with fries. Both of us had diarrhea. Very disappointed.

Im so sorry to hear that, that could also have been added to the factor of the boiling water alert we had and there was a stomach flu in the area... If you comment this to the manager of the store surely they will take your comment into consideration for next time... I hope you are feeling better...

That's good, atleast the food went through your body and you were able to poop it out instead of it lingering in your stomach. Sometimes food for me just never comes out.

I went with a friend and there entire experience was terrible. We head downloaded the app and were trying to get our free milkshakes. The employee at the register was completely clueless as to how it worked. In fact she laughed and said "haha people keep asking how it works and I never know what to say." Um maybe she should ask somebody. After that the experience was redeemed with more terrible service and cold food. I will probably never eat at that steak and shake again.
