This place is the best, great people. Awesome price wise. I called another place and got an attitude, when I called for a price quote. I called Ranger and Douglas answered and was very knowledgeable and great customer service and as for Ty the gun Smith very knowledgeable and great customer service. Staff is very friendly even when store is packed

Customer service so far has been very poor with a transfer. Upon receiving the tracking notification that the product as arrived at the location, the responses I was left with was, "we will call you." I have made two calls with the only response being to wait for a call. I have also sent two E-Mails for clarification of the pickup process with no answer. When it comes to all the blanket reviews of the shop having large selections and customer service it seems kind of off-putting . So far with what I have experienced they are not doing the best job at retaining a new customer.
