This hotel consistently welcomes us when we visit family in the area. We love the pool, the breakfast, and the comfort of the beds. The VIP treatment with Conn's chips is a nice touch, and the tourism coloring books they give out to kids are 👍. Thanks team!

We have stayed at this hotel at least 4-5 times in a year and hoped to continue. After this most recent stay, I have great concern regarding the cleanliness and whether my concern will be properly addressed. In the morning, we noticed several pieces of trash under the luggage bench — straw wrappers, dirty napkin and a used fork. The shower curtain had not been changed — there were hairs on it and multiple stains. There were several hairs in the bathtub. With the issues of COVID, cleanliness is extremely important. I said something to the front desk person about the cleanliness — her response was “okay, I’ll let housekeeping know.” Not sure if she truly planned to do so or not. I would have felt much better knowing a member of the management team would be notified and I would be contacted. Not sure if we can trust our room will be properly cleaned or not……would be nice if someone could follow-up with me.

We came into town for a family get-together and this location was the most convenient for our festivities. Upon arrival we were greeted by the extremely friendly staff. We came off the freeway earlier than expected and our room was being finished. The front desk attendant explained the cleaning staff was just finishing but she could get us checked-in in the mean time. By the time we completed the process, parked our car and got our luggage from the trunk the room was ready. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and even though there was a large group of girls staying for a dance competition in town extremely quiet. We definitely will keep this hotel in mind for future use. In fact I wanted to return next month as we have another family event but it is already booked!

The person at the front desk when we checked in was absolutely amazing. She was extremely nice, and very knowledgeable. The room was very nice as well. Will definitely be going there any time we need a hotel in Zanesville.
