Stayed here last year and it was a good experience. This year not so much. First they charged my card when they said they wouldn't untill I checked out (honestly not that big deal, gotta pay either way) but the part I'm upset about is I get here at 1130pm with 2 sleepy kids and the front desk girl didn't even tell me anything but told me where to sign on the paper. No breakfast times, what floor my room was on etc. So

The room smelled like stale cigarettes and mold. Small little bugs were flying around everywhere. AC unit did not work efficiently. Bed was hard as a rock. Pillows smelled like must. On top of all that some alarm outside the hotel started blaring around 3:15 AM. If I could give zero stars, I would. The only saving grace was the friendly staff.

Positive: Convenient and attractive. Negative: No ice bucket, no coffee maker, no microwave. And I really do not like the process of adding resort fees and forcing me to purchase overly priced items or forgo the mandatory payment. Just price the room honestly.

The staff was extremely helpful answering any questions that I had. The breakfast lady was super friendly and kept everything filled. I’ll absolutely be staying again.
