Just your basic woods, but if you see what looks like a driveway that's gated off, so and park on the side of the road. Just a short walk down the driveway theres an old cemetery and really cool pond.

Love hiking here, it's old strip mined land so the topography is very unusual

Up date : was out muzzel loading loading deer hunting n found a tick on me ( belive it or not ) so if ur out there look out - But its a great place to hike. !!!!

Down at the Ellis lock Dam . Not sure how to set up camping permits

Yes, it is open to public fishing it's the same as any other AEP public wildlife area. There aren't that many spots to fish only a few ponds, but it is right by Ellis dam which is a goodspot to fish on the muskingum river.
