While pizza hut was one of my favorites growing up, it's lost it's umph with me. The seasoning is great but pizza itself is just not great. Not to mention the previous time I ordered (now under new management) the driver had hit my car and ran.

First order came through door dash, wrong food, it happens. Remake that was sent after was awful, didn't even eat it after a couple bites

The last 3 times that I had ordered. I ordered 2 family pasta meal, Tuscan Chicken Alfredo. All 3 times I only received 1 family pasta I call and they have to bring another family pasta. This time I checked before the driver left. I called to let them know they forgot part of my meal.I was on hold for 16 mins 17 sec. My husband called on his phone and they answered right away. They said that they would get it right out.This time it took a little over 1 hour to get the rest of our food. Very upset with the care and customer service.

I would appreciate it, if we could get our whole order when picking order. The food is good. Just do not like having to make multiple trips to pick it all up, as we have had to do more than once this year. This next item has nothing to do with the store, just a product in general. I like ham on my pizzas once in a while, but the little strips(?) are always hard. Personally I prefer slices like the pepperoni is cut.
