I order from papa joins quite often, I spoke with cassie and she took my order. I had asked for a 2 liter of pepsi and a couple spicy garlic cups. I never got either of them....soon to find out she never put the 2 liter of pepsi on my order or gave me the spicy garlic cups. This may seem rediculous to most but its principle, taking pride in your job and doing it right. If yall didnt have spicy garlic or pepsi yall could of called me back and told me. I'm so tired of the service I get everywhere here in zanesville. It's crazy. Like no body cares anymore and it really shows. It makes me sad. I hope yall figure it out and start caring about what's in front of you.

My wife ordered and paid online. Got off work picked up the food she didn't tell me she already paid. Got to the store paid for the food they never said she paid just charged my card.when I got home she told me she paid online. So we got charged too time and the funny thing is the added 10$ more for no reason. Charged her card 58 then when I got to the store charged me 68 no changes were made just jacked up the price for no reason. Also looks like they used one cheese for all 4 of our pizzas one of my boys got three pieces and no cheese in any. We will only go to pizza hut from now on. Only good thing that came out of it was the did give us a refund.
