Clearance is awful for kids. Very limited. Adult shoes are just getting uglier. Kids section has alot of options but my kid wasn't excited about any of it.

I'm visiting this location to return three pairs of shoes that I had purchased for my granddaughters. I was in the area for a weekend outing and had them in the car with me and decided to return them here. Jen, the associate that processed the return started asking me how long the shoes were worn, after looking at the soles of the shoes. So basically she was accusing me of returning used merchandise, very very unprofessional! Those shoes were as white as snow and had never been worn anywhere. I had my receipt and the purchase date was 8/20/2022. They did not fit and so they were new in the box! Told her they had never been worn and I did not appreciate being accused of returning used merchandise, she never said a word, no apology at all. I had planned on shopping in the store, but I decided to give that store none of my business! I hope you train your personnel to be kinder to the people that do choose to shop in your store.

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.

Not sure about the certain brand I only shopped there while on vacation but they have a large variety of shoes with great prices!
I have been there quite a bit and I have never seen that type of shoe. That doesn't mean they don't you would have to call them. They might be able to order those for you.
As long as they’re NOT WORN outside, and you have THE BOX AND RECEIPT with the shoes in them. You don’t have a return time, whenever is best for you.
