This guy is awesome, really took the stress out of what could’ve really threw a wrench in my vacation. So well mannered for someone who has to work with stressed out tourists everyday. I know who I’m going to if I have trouble when I’m in town.

This was originally 5 stars, editing to reflect our experience. Tl;Dr - at best, they're incompetent liars. Go request to see the invoices for a 2007 Lexus is250 brought in Aug 17th & 18th 2022, and see for yourself. Took car in for front end noises. Dropped off 2 brand new MOOG front sway bar end links to have put on while they worked on it. After diagnosis they said front wheel bearing was out. Cool beans, they repaired the wheel bearing and put on the links in the same day. Drove it straight home and smelled something hot. Looked behind drivers side wheel and it was covered in CV axle grease. Took the car back first thing in the morning and the mechanic, I kid you not, he said "yeah that grease was all there before" . I asked why they didn't say anything and again, I kid you not, the boss said "we only work on what we were asked to, we don't go around and just fix all kinds of things we're not asked to". Bro. I brought this in for front end noise. You mean to tell me, your mechanic saw a ruptured front CV axle boot (if you've ever seen a bad CV boot, it makes a horrible mess), ON A CAR BROUGHT IN FOR FRONT END NOISES, and said "nah, I'm sure that's nothin". And replaced a wheel bearing and both front end links, one of which is right next to that boot. For real. Think about that, I'll wait. At best, that's complete incompetence. But it doesn't end there. You see, that grease simply wasn't there when I dropped it off. The mechanic clearly lied. I didn't see it 2 days before when I was under it and determined we should take it to a mechanic and my wife cleaned the car top to bottom, including the wheels. I told them the axle obviously had to be changed (it's dumb to replace just a boot on a high mileage car) so we left it and they did. When we returned to pick it up, the boss told me "there were tears on the top of the boot, like a rat had chewed on it". Dude. Tool marks. Those are tool marks. Your boy obviously damaged that boot when he changed those end links and wouldn't fess up. It's so obvious and you totally covered for him and refused to think through what you were telling me. I'm no expert when it comes to cars, I know my limits but I'm no fool. Ive done a fair amount of repair in my life. The moral of the story is this experience was so shady mechanic cliche, it's painful. They will fix your car, but take no responsibility when they mess up and charge you for it.

We were from out of town on vacation. We had our van serviced back home just before we left. On the way the check engine light, and lost horsepower. We brought it to Allstar who our hotel lodge recommended. They got us right in, find the problem. The place back home put 2qrts of oil to much in They treated us like family. Shared some places to see, and the price was more then fair. I highly recommend them to all. Thank You again. Yi saved our vacation.
