Staff is rude and kitchen is closed half the time. Excuse is under staffed. My employee heard cashier say after I asked if they could make a BLT since they already had bacon cooked . And had politely asked them. that I could go buy my own bacon and make it at home. After she had said already she did not get paid enough. I went back in and tipped the other employee who I gave praise to for his kindness and informed him so he could tell management. Well come to find out asking to have a sandwich made had upset all the staff. I was told I complain all the time. I asked them when could not give an answer so I reminded only time was when I was served a raw burger. And I was polite then. From what I gather you have to be a daily customer to get a smile and service. They employees obviously feel underpaid and make you out to be the bad guy when confronted I used to go here 20 yes ago got the mom pop deli feel. It no longer is alive here hope they figure it out because as a local I will not be back if the owner reads this I hope he takes action.

I am so impressed with the staff!! I was there around 9:00 pm on September 4th, and I have never felt so appreciated and respected!! Everyone was so polite, helpful, professional, and efficient!! Wow!! What a team and I hope the managers understand what an amazing staff they have!! I’ve been here before and the politeness and kindness is so rare!! I drive out of my way to come here!! Seriously!! I couldn’t say more nice thing!! I love this store and the employees!! ❤️❤️❤️
