Good service, always fully staffed. The background music is a bit too loud for me personally to be able to have a dialogue or take a phone call while working there, otherwise, great location.

The staff is great and friendly 9 out of the 10 times I go and I can always trust in the quality of their flat whites, but I have to admit I'm really disappointed with the cold brew quality at this location. It always tastes watered down and a bit overbrewed. One small splash of cream shouldn't nearly completely pale the coffee and while I understand making cold brew is a bit of a process, this shouldn't be an issue if following standards.

This place has really started to go down hill. Very rarely does this place make the order correct and in a timely fashion. I understand there is constant turnover with employees but that a different issue. Just ordered a drink no whip cream. And of course it has it. Is it a big deal? Not the worse thing. I just didn’t order it nor do I want it. So now I’m the cold I have to deconstruct my drink. I’ve learned that at this store you have to ask them to repeat your order back to you or you will just get what they want to serve you. Starbucks if you see this; please add a screen outside that shows the order and that way people like me will know exactly what the person who is taking the order heard.
