I bypass the drive thru with the mobile app. It is more convenient to park, go inside and grab the waiting drinks, etc., and go back to my car. Order is always accurate and it's fast.
I always get through quickly even when ordering 4 to 5 drinks...must be at diff times.
Unfortunately it always seems to go quicker when you go into the store. It's like that everywhere. We live down in Joliet. It's the same thing here. Seems like it's a combination of under staffing. And location sizing!!!! Some are alot smaller than others!!! When you go in. You constantly see staff tripping over each other!!! It looks to be system wide!!!
