This place on Adams avenue tried to charge me a shipping fee cause they didn’t have the part and had to order it from their warehouse! I guess that they thought they could get over on me, lol

It's all up to the employee working at the time. You have to understand that not all of them, if any, have knowledge of repair, even if it's just a bulb.
