DON’T SHOP HERE. I ordered specific Maytag washer and dryer models only to find that cheaper models were installed!! They refuse to replace the cheaper models and are claiming that the manufacturer is to blame. Do not shop here. It was bait and switch!!!!! The deliver team damaged my door in the process!!

Very helpful people, loved the experience! I plan on buying all my appliances at Gerhards. Update: we bought a washer and dryer set a few days ago, we couldn't be happier! The men who delivered them, went the extra mile to get them down our very tight basement steps. They set up the washer for us, but couldn't set up the dryer because we didn't give them enough room to above it. I had help a few days later and I was easily able to do it myself. We were so happy with the delivery guys! They were super nice and did the job perfectly! They definitely went the extra mile to make our experience better! I want buy all my appliances at Gerhard's.

I bought refrigerator ,stove ,dishwasher and microwave from Gearhart‘s thinking that I would have unbelievable service for the amount of money I spent . On a scale of 1 to 10 the service was maybe a five the follow up service is a One !!!!!!!!!! I’m still waiting for a trim for around my refrigerator for nine months they’ve come out five times to do trim each time it’s been a problem Go to Best Buy‘s You’ll save money
