If I could give this place 0 starts I would. First off the care my father received here was extremely inadequate. They were supposed to rehab him so he could come home and they wouldn’t even get him out of bed. Several times he was taken to the hospital and no one from our family was notified. Most recently my sister tried to call him repeatedly with no answer to his cell phone, our only means of communicating with him, because there are no phones in the room. She drove up there and didn’t find out until she went into his room that they transferred him to Abington hospital. No one called us or told us. Additionally, she searched his room and his phone was not there. Assuming the phone was not charged and with my dad, she drove over to Abington. Once there she was told he was transferred was due to a blood clot in his arm. Both of his arms were purple and bruised down to his knuckles, which was not how he looked a week prior. My dad did not have his phone and said he couldn’t find it for several days. Later that evening my sister got a call from my dad’s phone. A man found it on a train to Philadelphia, which means one of the employees likely stole it and left it on the train, because my dad was never on a train. My sister never heard from this man when she tried contacting him again or received the phone back. I’ve already reported this facility to the state and they said they are looking into it. It’s disgusting, the workers are rude, they steal from the residents they injured my father because he did not have bruised on him the week prior. It needs to be shut down. I called the director of nursing. I doubt I will hear back from her, but I hope she and every worker there ends up losing their jobs.

It was great. The receptionist greeted me and was pleasant on showing me what I had to do in order to visit my uncle. She then directed me where to go. Love the greeting of the mask

I was there yesterday to visit a loved one. Went to sign in. After I sign in I was told that needed to wear a n45 mask and goggles because they had Covid in the unit.A1. Well I went in my loved one had no mask on and no shoes. I ran out . They told me that they called and sent me a email. That was all a lie. Well I came home call there several times. No Social worker asked none the Administration. So I call the Dept. Of Health to file a complaint. If anyone experience this yesterday. Please contact the Dept. Of Health. I am trying to have my love one taking out of this place nothing there is acceptable for any human.
