As a driver for CR England, here are some things I think you may want to know. CR England recently implemented a significant pay increase. They also are making efforts to hire more experienced drivers. Along with the pay increase, they have implemented a minimum weekly pay amount. Training is unpaid but after being hired, logging on to a truck and being ready and available to drive for an entire pay period a driver qualifys for the minimum. Its rare for drivers to earn less than the minimum. In my experience (1 year), after each load I deliver another is waiting to be picked up.
