People behind the desk are very rude and aren’t willing to talk to anyone. Even with a confirmation code and they hang up on you when you try and call. They say you’re annoying and a waste of their time.

Arrived to pick up a package that we were told would be ready at 1pm(took work off) we had an authorization code, a reference number everything and the guy behind the desk(Shawn ) laughed in our face and told us he would not release 3600 worth of flooring to us. The company is now going to sale our flooring for the highest bid and told us we are basically out of luck with 3600 worth of flooring. Horrible company should not be in business.
