Update: Office phone is out and has been for about a month or so now, rent keeps increasing everytime we renew our lease. Can't really call it a quiet neighborhood anymore a person got shot in our neighborhood about a month ago, and rent managed to still stay high.

Staff is excellent . Very clean and quiet complex. There are no bug issues or mice issues that I have saw. No one hanging outside. Happy I moved here especially after my relocation from another state. Paper work was handled quick and professionally. Oh and fixing things are done immediately as well love my residency.

I have lived in this community for nearly 8 years, and have watched the surrounding area grow and evolve. All of the staff members are very helpful, kind and considerate and always go above and beyond to make sure I have a pleasant living experience. Any maintenance issues that arise (which rarely occur) are always taken care of the same day. I can honestly say that I have never experienced any type of pest issue as the grounds are extremely well kept. If you are looking for an affordable apartment community that is close to everything -- Greenbrier, Downtown Norfolk, Virginia Beach--then this is the place for you!

I put 3 stars so it wouldn't really hurt their rating nor help. I had an Awesome house I rented once. $500 a month and no problems. Until the mold. I paid to get rid of the mold since the rent was so cheap. The owners would have to do stuff on the house though to keep it from coming back. They chose not to. It came back in about 6 months. I was sick for months. Then one day it felt like someone had snapped my rib bones in half. Went to the e.r. and found out it was pneumonia. The way it felt, whew, I thought I was gonna die. I was hospitalized because I wasn't getting enough oxygen. When they finally said I could go home I started crying because I was do scared of getting sick again. Luckily, my parents lived close so I stayed there while I recuperate. When I went to the house I wore a ventilator and packed everything. The landlord stopped by and I told him how bad the mold was again and he didn't care. And his family members were moving in next! I hope they were ok. Out of my family of four I was the only one affected I think because I'm already usually a little short of breath. I don't know if they said the mold us just mold or if its black mold, but please, be so careful of black mold. Mine was such a traumatic experience I would do Anything to avoid going through that again..Anything.
