This place is filled with roaches!!! I don’t even invite people over my my home. Don’t move here I’m locked into a contact. I hate it here.. I can’t wait until I can find some where else to move.. they keep the outside like the grass cut so it can seem like it’s a good place but once you move in it’s a whole other world. These buildings are very old and my floor is uneven the floor creeps so bad.. I’m just smh 🤦♀️… don’t waste your time or money. Cuz you will get what you pay for

The community litters a lot so trash ends up blowing everywhere giving the complex very undesirable curb appeal.

Just know a couple of your residents are coming together to put together a nice little letter to corporate the roaches the gaps in the wall the falling paint from the foundation shifting the air conditioners that don’t work the windows that won’t close all the way or stay open or the fact that mold drops from behind the bathroom walls every time we bleach it down one of your residents are not happy at all corporate and the news will be there soon

Been living here over a year, the office never finishes their renovations, I’ve got a half done hallway that’s been sitting without work for 2 months. I’ve got the opening to the attic and trash that is never cleaned in that hallway. The maintenance team will never come out even if you call the office multiple times. Took them 3 hours to fix my completely off air conditioner.. in summer. They posted mandatory pest sprays claiming we’re infested and wouldn’t tell us with what. Didn’t want to deal with our questions on dealing with pets. Didn’t work with us on moving it to more then 3 days away when we had to completely gut our kitchen. Then the pest people come out and say we have no activity... they raise their rent for what? The people at the office will just say I’ll get maintenance on it and when we call asking where are they they have no answers. I thought I was going to renew again but not anymore.

You can call the city they will send someone out could possibly fine landlord black mold is nothing to play with.

What's a high credit score to you? But no I don't think so. They're low income apartments so i doubt anybody with a score higher than 700 would want to live here.
